RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION / MEMBERSHIP (ANNIVERSARY) and PAYMENT POLICY

Gymnastics World of Georgia and Gainesville Gymnastics uses a no contract, pay by the month registration system. Your child automatically remains registered until you submit a request to drop the class through the online customer portal. Payments for classes are due in full upon registration. If you register once a class has already started, you will pay the prorated cost for that month. On the 20th day of each month the next month's tuition will be placed onto your account and you will receive an e-mailed statement which will serve as a reminder that tuition payment is due. If your payment has not been received by the 24th, automatic processing of the card on file will be done on the 25th for the upcoming month. If the card is declined, you will have until the 1st of the month to make the payment or your child's spot in class may be forfeited. A late fee of $25 will be applied to all accounts not paid before the 1st. Payment for the next month tuition is due on the 25th of each month. Everyone is required to enroll in automatic billing (if you cannot fulfill this requirement, please come see us for alternative methods). Each family has the opportunity to pay by the 24th of the current month with another form of payment. We do not charge more for "long" months, nor less for "short" months. All students of Gymnastics World of Georgia and Gainesville Gymnastics are required to pay a yearly non-refundable membership fee of $49.00 that is due with your first registration and paid yearly on the anniversary month of enrollment. Additional charges may differ between the Recreational and Competitive Team programs.
