Our gym hours vary by location. All locations are closed on Sunday.

Johns Creek- Monday through Friday from 10:00AM to 8:00PM and Saturday from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. 

Cumming-Monday through Thursday 10:00AM-8:00PM, Friday 10:00AM-6:45PM, Saturday 9:00AM-1:00PM 

Gainesville-Monday through Friday 12:00PM-8:00PM cmg is 10-6:45 on friday

We have programs for your child from walking to graduation.

Our recreational classes are grouped by your child's grade in school. 

Class tuition is based on four classes per month. We offer amazing monthly packages starting at $119/mo. From time to time there are five weeks in a month. In order to offer you the best experience, we use this 5th week closure to continually train our staff and have the opportunity to do additional deep cleaning and maintenance. We believe these improvements are crucial for the betterment of our customers' experience and aim to deliver an exceptional environment upon our reopening. You will be notified of these dates in your welcome package.

Yes! We would love for you to come try us out! Our trial classes are a great opportunity to tour our gyms and meet the staff.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your child’s class. You will need to check-in at the front desk, where your child will receive a name tag. Then, a Gym World hospitality member will direct you on where to go from there. Socks, shoes, and other belongings can be stored in the cubbies. Your athlete will then participate in their trial class and a hospitality member will check back in with you to assist you in signing up!

Our dress code is to ensure the safety of our students. Children should wear comfortable athletic fitted clothing that they can move around in easily such as leotards, shorts, and t-shirts. Jewelry and loose clothing are not permitted. Hair should be tied back out of the face and off the neck. Athletes will participate in bare feet. 

Parent & tot classes are 30 minutes. 3-4Yr classes are 45 minutes. PreK classes are 50 minutes and remaining school age recreational classes are 55 minutes.

Our policy allows one makeup per 30 day period. For a single absence in a 30 day period a makeup token will be auto-generated to your account. 

We have designated makeup class times, but we encourage you to speak with our front desk further if you are unable to attend those times.

We ask all parents to create a member account on our parent portal. 

Once your account is created, search for the class you want your child to try using our ‘Find a Class’ tool and select the class that corresponds to your child’s grade. If you need assistance determining the proper class for your child, please contact your Gym World location. 

Once you have selected the class, click “Submit Request”. You will receive a confirmation email once your class request has been approved. If we see an issue with your request, you will be contacted immediately and we will assist you in finding the appropriate class.

You can access our customer portal by clicking 'customer portal' in the top right of this screen. We also encourage you to download our app 'Gymnastics World of Georgia' and turn push notifications on so you never miss a special event!

To drop a program, members must notify Gym World by the 20th of the month to avoid being charged next month’s tuition:

From your customer portal account, select student enrollment, and select drop. Please make a note in the drop note section with the reason you are dropping. 

For drop requests that are submitted after tuition has been posted, a credit may be placed on the customer account: however, we do not offer refunds. 

No, we do not offer refunds for any programs at Gymnastics World. 

Yes! We host the BEST birthday parties and take all the stress out of planning! Parties are accompanied by party hosts to ensure a fun-filled and care-free day!
